Blockr filters out spam and scam messages based on our intelligent model, preventing threatening texts from ever reaching you.Blockr will never block your contacts, regardless of any keywords or phrases in your Block List.

Additionally, Blockr will always allow messages containing keywords, phrases, or numbers from your Allow List.

1. Go to your phone's Settings
2. Tap 'Messages'
3. Tap 'Unknown & Spam'
4. Select 'Blockr'

If Blockr has already been selected, please email support@theappshop.io for further assistance.

The app doesn’t need to be open or active in the background once it’s properly set up – you can just leave it to do its thing.

You can force close the app, though force quitting frequently used apps is not advised. Apple states that force quitting apps should only be done if an app is unresponsive. It might cause more battery drain when relaunching them.

The text might be from a number you've previously responded to more than 3 times, or one incorrectly identified as not spam that is still in the 'iMessage/Contacts & SMS' section.

You will need to delete the conversation before Blockr can block new messages from that number.

Our service is constantly learning and improving.

If you see a spam text that we missed, you can email support@theappshop.io with the phone number and the text. We will add it to the block list.

First, open your phone's Settings and go to the 'Phone' section, then select 'SMS/Call Reporting'. Select Blockr on the screen that follows to ensure we receive any reports that you make.

Once you have completed these steps, you can report spam messages to us by simply tapping Report Message below the text you want to report.

The sender's information and the message is sent to us, and the message is deleted.

You must then open Blockr and update your block list with the number. Afterwards, the sender won't be able to text you again.

1. Open your phone Settings
2. Go to your name
3. Go to Subscriptions
4. Go to Blockr
5. Go to Cancel Subscription

If you don't see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password
3. Choose Request a refund
4. Choose the reason, then press Next
5. Choose the item that you bought
6. Submit
